Ingredients
- Ravioli: I used Buitoni four cheese ravioli, this brand of pasta I love in general but any brand or type of cheese ravioli will work just as well.
- Red Sauce: The brand Rao's has helped my acid reflex by miles, I recommend this brand but any will work.
- Alfredo: The brand Rao's has helped my acid reflex by miles, I recommend this brand but any will work.
- Chicken: The main protein can but replaced by your choice of protein.
- Spices: Garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and all-purpose greek seasoning is what I used to coat the chicken.
Pro-Tips
- Cut your chicken into smaller pieces than you think because although it will shrink slightly, they won't shrink as much as you think. Even after making this recipe several times, I still make some pieces slightly too big.
- Add salt and olive oil to your pasta water before putting your pasta in!
- To taste = shake it until it looks like it's enough!
- Reminder, chicken should be at 165 degrees internally before consumption.
Storage
I store the ravioli and sauce separately, this way when it comes to leftovers, you can especially choose how much of each you want. (Store your sauce in a glass container so it doesn’t stain the walls of the plastic container.)
