Ingredients
- Potatoes: I like to use baby red potatoes from the Little Potato Company but any type or size of potato will work given they may have different cooking times.
- Heavy Cream: Either heavy cream or heavy whipping cream will work.
- Milk: Any type of milk will work, whole or 2% is recommended and almond, coconut oat, or soy might give it an off taste.
- Butter: For mashed potatoes I like to use salted butter, any brand will work.
- Spice: Garlic salt, the perfect spice to everything great.
Pro-Tips
- Add the butter first so it has time and heat to melt.
Storage
Store in the fridge and it will stay fresh for roughly a week.
