Hello! My name is Kaysa, I’m from Marquette, Michigan, a college town in the Upper Peninsula.  I am simply a college student with a love of cooking for my friends and family. Unlike some of my classmates and coworkers, I would much rather be at home cooking dinner or baking a new treat than going out to the bar or a brewery drinking until I don’t remember. Although cooking isn’t my career, I wanted to create my own little digital cookbook of recipes that are tried and true. Some recipes are from family, and some are from Pinterest that have been tried, tested, and altered a little bit. If the recipe is altered there will be a specific section explaining what I altered and why.
